  1. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your monitor will be accurate.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices shown include VAT where applicable.

  1. SHIPPING

Estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and we cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates.

  1. RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the product.

5.1 RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Money refund (only applies to cases of warranty and withdrawal law):
  • Through transfer (savings account, checking account, savings on hand): it is done approximately within five working days after receiving the product back in our warehouse.
  • Through reversal of payment: fifteen working days after receiving the product in our warehouse. This reversal is at the expense and order of your bank, if you have any doubts you should contact them directly.
  • Product exchange (Subject to inventory availability at the time of exchange). Exchanges can only be made for products with equal or lesser value than the original and the difference, if applicable, will be delivered in a coupon for a new purchase in the online store. In case of not having availability for the change, the value of the product(s) will be delivered in a coupon for a new purchase.
  • Coupon for a new purchase (This coupon is valid for six months from the date of creation).
    Product exchange (Subject to inventory availability at the time of exchange). Exchanges can only be made for products of equal or lesser value than the original and the difference, if applicable, will be delivered in a coupon for a new purchase in the online store. In case of non-availability, the difference will be given in a coupon for a new purchase in the online store.
  • Coupon to make a new purchase (This coupon is valid for six months from the date of creation).

5.2 CONDITIONS OF THE PRODUCT FOR RETURN

The product must be returned in optimal conditions, without traces of having been used, with the original labels or in its defect, if they were already removed, you must introduce them in the packaging. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we will verify the conditions of the product and according to the results, we will send you a new product or we will give you a coupon for a new purchase.
